The Retreat at Easter 2014 is as always a highlight. This year will, as usual, include ample time for teaching, deep reflection, meditation, silence, rest, optional walks, and the lovely celebratory Easter Sunday morning at the Sanctuary. Our theme for 2014 is “Sanctuary of Love” inspired in part by the physical Sanctuary at Mana, also by the “sanctuary” of kindness that Mana exemplifies and that is the underpinning theme of all our retreats. How do you live from that place, draw from it – and replenish it? If you are in genuine need of a partial scholarship and/or a payment plan, or if you can offer even modest financial support for others, please email be@manaretreat.com

25-28 September, 28 Sept – 1st October 2014, Spring Retreat with Deepening Peace and Wellbeing (optional) extension, Mana Retreat Centre, NZ
For the second year we are offering you the chance to add an extra three days to your retreat experience of the annual Spring Retreat. Our first three days will include ample time for teaching, discussion and reflection, meditation, silence, rest and optional walks. In the second three days, we will have more silence and reflective time, with less formal teaching but still time each day to gather, ask questions and enjoy the magnificent surroundings and heartfelt teachings. During that extension period, you will also have a chance to have a short, personal discussion about your spiritual journey with Stephanie, should you want that. Our theme for 2014 is what it means to be truly well: to feel resourced and hopeful even when the body is fragile or times are hard. This is a profound theme that Stephanie Dowrick will introduce to you in a practical and accessible way, characteristic of her teaching. The food and setting – and kindness – at Mana are all legendary. If you are in genuine need of a partial scholarship and/or a payment plan, or if you can offer even modest financial support for others, please email be@manaretreat.com Please note that shuttles to Mana are available from Auckland airport.
