Journal Writing August 2008

Journal writing is the freest and possibly most enjoyable form of writing. It can be your private joy, your secret therapy, your release from tension and confusion, your wise and constant friend.  It can also make you laugh – and take you places that ruminating never can. It can give you distance when you need that and a fresh sense of engagement with your life. Whether you are new to journal writing or an old hand, this practical, joyful and encouraging course will open your eyes to the potentials journal writing offers.

Stephanie will offer her very popular journal writing course over two Saturday mornings, 23 and 30 August 2008, 9am – 1pm. It is suitable for newcomers, and also veterans who would like to write more freely and with greater interest as well as ease.
