Creative Journal Writing

Creative Journal Writing all-day course Saturday 17 November 2007   (Last course for this year.)

Journal writing is the freest and possibly most enjoyable form of writing.  It offers all kinds of emotional and creative benefits – like keeping track of your life, finding patterns in it, discovering what matters to you and what you really think and feel.  It is also a way to be more creative than you dreamed possible – and to get to the depths of your life rather than living on the surface.

Journal writing can be your private joy, your secret therapy, your release from tension and confusion, your wise friend, your constant pal.  It can also make you laugh – and it can take you places that ruminating never can.  It can give you distance when you need that; and a sense of intimacy and engagement with your life when that is what is called for.

Whether you are new to journal writing, or an old hand, this all-day, joyful and encouraging course will open your eyes to the potentials journal writing offers.

This new course celebrates the publication of Stephanie’s book, Creative Journal Writing: The Art & Heart of Reflection.  Course participants will each receive a signed copy as part of the course fee.  Please book direct with:
